The Prince George’s Cultural Arts Study is a collaboration between Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC) and the Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) . The purpose of this study is to develop strategies and recommendations for integrating cultural arts activities into the County’s economic development and land use planning strategies.
PGAHC and DPR are working with project lead Joy Bryant of Lord Cultural Resources conduct the study and develop a Cultural Plan for Prince George’s County. We expect this study to take 12-18 months to complete. You, the arts community, are integral to the success of this study.
