Rhonda Dallas | CEO & Chief Curator

Rhonda Dallas is a visionary arts administrator, public art curator and creative entrepreneur.   Growing up in New York, Rhonda learned early on the transforming power of the arts and has since become a champion for the creative community.

Her mission is clear; expand arts opportunities in Prince George’s County by building sustainable infrastructure, targeted alliances and policy driven advocacy.  As Board Chair for two terms, Rhonda played a leading role in the re-organization, re-branding and legislative expansion of the Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC).  As Executive Director for the past six years, she continues to advance the service of PGAHC managing the County’s Art in Public Places Program and launching the Prince George’s Film Office, Prince George’s Office of the Poet Laureate plus other strategic initiatives that bridge cultural diversity and innovation while promoting creative industry growth, smart partnerships, global connectivity and national best practices in arts and economic development, arts in education, and arts and social practice.

Sherri Bryant-Moore | Director of Development & Community Grants

Sherri Bryant-Moore joins PGAHC as Director of Development and Community Grants, responsible for PGAHC's development and grantmaking programs.  She has a deep passion for capacity building and helping nonprofit organizations to scale their operations to fulfill their mission and serve their communities, especially in Prince George’s County. 

In addition to her consulting, her professional experience includes fundraising administration with The Links, Incorporated Foundation, Doctors Community Hospital Foundation, Howard University, and the University of Maryland College Park.  Sherri also served as a program officer at the National Endowment for the Arts and worked at The D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities.  She serves on the boards of The American Red Cross, Southern Maryland Chapter, and The Training Source.

A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she has lived in Prince George’s County for over 20 years and is a proud alumna of Howard University with a BFA in Painting and a MA in Art History.

 

Kisha Mason | Director of Marketing Communications

Kisha Mason is an award-winning marketing communications professional that currently serves as the Director of Marketing Communications for the Prince George's County Arts and Humanities Council where she is responsible for driving brand presence and awareness for the across all communications channels. Kisha, along with her team, develops and executes synchronized marketing communications strategies amplifying the mission of the organization, and reinforcing the value proposition to drive revenue growth and engage key audiences. 

In her work, Kisha embraces three core ideas: serve first and market second, embracing new ideas get faster results, and measuring and evaluating campaign data is critical to success. As a frequent speaker at community and business events,  Kisha motivates and engages audiences through her helpful insight, big ideas, introspective attitude, and vibrant personality. She attended Howard University and is a dually certified digital marketing professional. On the weekends, you can find her checking out the latest art exhibit, attending a play or concert, and hanging with her 8-year-old son, Langston.

Donna Foster-Dotson | General Manager, Prince George’s Film Office

As a multi-talented, Emmy and NAACP Image Awards winner with experience and expertise in all aspects of television and event productions management, planning and logistics, budgeting, directing, producing and writing, Donna Foster-Dotson brings a wealth of well-rounded knowledge to the Prince George’s County Film Office to assist with production requirements.     She has effectively managed multi-million dollar productions to remain on schedule and on budget to achieve the required production goals without compromising creativity.  Ms. Foster-Dotson consistently demonstrates thinking outside the box to solve production issues, adjusting to change effectively and with quick solutions.  Her extensive news experience enables her to consistently meet deadlines. Her versatility enables her to understand all aspects of production needs.   

Her show credits include: BET Walk of Fame, Bobby Jones Gospel Concert Series, Celebration of Gospel, Black Girls Rock, BET at the Super Bowl, Black College Football, BET Black Star Power Tour 2002, BET  Town Halls, BET Inauguration Special 2009, BET Awards Pre Show, Soul Train Awards Pre and Post Shows, BET Honors, BET Awards Top 10 Moments, Spring Bling, Lead Story, BET News, Democratic and Republican Convention Coverage, and WJLA Seven on Your Side.
